It also a great time for swimming.

 Reduce sediment runoff from erosion, roads, and areas of major earthworks
•    Reduce nutrient and bacteria in the river from point source discharges
•    Reduce runoff from intensive land-uses such as dairy farming and horticulture

•  Protect habitats for native birds and fish and enable movement between these areas. 
•    Reduce the impacts of flood control and drainage on the natural processes of the river

It is a good rule because they have been already told that they are not allowed to fish in that area. If they fish in that area they should pay $100,000.

On your blog, write a short story about what you think is happening in the picture. Be sure to tell us where you think the people are and what you think they were doing at the time that they stopped to pose for the selfie. To earn full points, the story must be 8 – 10 sentences long.
In this picture, there is a rugby star who went pass his Crusaders fans and surely had to stop and take a picture with them. The photo was taken at the AMI Stadium, it was full time and the Crusaders won. They shouted out his name and so he went to them and quickly took a selfie with them.

Let’s imagine that the average adult can lift 25 kg and the average child can lift 15 kg. How many adults and children will it take to move the giant squid into its new room at Te Papa? [Note: There is more than one right answer to this question.]
On your blog, tell us how you will solve this maths problem. You can write your answer in words, use a Sketchpad image or post a video explaining how you would figure it out. Be sure to give us your final answer. .
The adults are carrying the squid because adults can lift 25kgs, 
25x8 = 200kgs, 25x4 = 100kgs. double it to make 400kgs with 16 adults, then add 4 to make 100 more kgs. This is the full equation.

25 x 20 = 500kgs

It's 20 Adults.

My favourite summer activity is playing touch with my brothers and cousins. Unfortunately I couldn't find the rugby ball so when I find it, I will post the picture. It is one of my favourite because I get to release my energy and I also get to have fun.
