What Would Be Your Name?
Siaosi Vaka'uta
I would change my first name into the tongan version because I want to be known that I have a tongan name and I will still have my last name because I want to still be part of my family and I want to represent my family.
Kia ora George,
ReplyDeleteIt’s awesome to be commenting on your blog again! You are really speeding through the Summer Learning Journey activities. Just a friendly reminder that the posts need to be of decent quality :) Have you tried using Google Slides to create your posts? Here’s a link so you can explore all the creative ways of making a blog post https://sites.google.com/manaiakalani.org/manaiakalani-cybersmart/being-cybersmart/smart-learners/digital-learning-objects#h.p_Qh5A-Ygz2YH7
I really love how you are proud of your Tongan culture and heritage. People sometimes lose their sense of identity or culture when they are older. So I really like how you are proud of who you are and respect where you came from. I would not change my name either, I respect that it is important to my whanau.
Keep up the great work George! Don’t forget to check out that website to look for different ways to post :)
Nga mihi,
Georgia
