Activity 1: Bird of the Year!
On your blog, write a short description of your bird. Where does your bird normally live? What does your bird normally eat? Post a picture of the bird underneath your description. Be sure to attribute your picture properly.
The Kārearea (New Zealand Falcon) -
The New Zealand falcon or kārearea in Māori is New Zealand's only falcon.
They normally live in forests, they eat Carrion which is the flesh of dead animals. They are found in the North Island but mainly South of Hamilton.
