Astria Reflection

Room 7 has recently been playing a game called Astria. Have you ever heard about a game that includes learning, It includes some subjects you use in school like Reading and writing. You will have to use your skills to collect the 6 documents to save the planet of Astria. The game includes reading skills.

5 things people should watch out for to help identify fake news.

1. You should look at the source of information the publisher has given. Has he given any evidence of his opinion?

2. Look at where he got his information from. Are they well known? Should they be trusted?

3. How factual are their news. Are their facts true?

4. How biased is the news? is it unfairly for or against someone?

5. Last but not least should they be trusted? Look at their rating.s and how many people have rated the news, is it tustworthy?

My Career Malaga

During this week we have been learning about the Career Malaga (journey).

I learnt/make plan for what I wanted to become in the future.

I want to become a chef. I research the wages for chef and I investigate what I need to do to become a qualified chef. I need to work hard to achieve my dream in the future.
I had to get to know myself - I unpack some of my qualities and values that I have. Know these will help me to focus in the future with what I have in myself.

Friday 9th November 2018

One beautiful day I went on a walk with my cousin and my brother. As I was walking I saw a lot of beautiful Blossoms on the tree, my cousin George went and grabbed a blossom for his girlfriend. George gently pulled the blossom but it wouldn’t come off, so we all tried to pull it off but it didn’t come off so we just walked back home. When we got home I went for a shower, I went downstairs and nobody was there so I called my cousin's number and he said that they went back to the blossom tree with my little brother.
